Delivery

United States and United Kingdom

We offer delivery to the United States and United Kingdom. Customs fees and import taxes may be charged by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

In Canada

Enjoy free standard delivery, including tracking, on all orders of $100 or more, before taxes.

Allow up to 2 business days following your purchase for your order to be processed and shipped. You will receive a confirmation email.

For purchases of $99 or less, we offer delivery without tracking via Canada Post. This option is less expensive but does not allow us to track the package once it has been sent. To adhere to the weight limits of the shipment, we will reduce the packaging of the items.

If you would like to track your package, please select a mailing service with tracking.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or unclaimed items at the shipping carrier office. However, we can help you with the process with the shipping carrier, all you have to do is contact our customer service at the following email address:

It is important to carefully check your delivery address to ensure that it is true and complete. Any errors in information may cause delays and additional costs.

If you have not received a confirmation email that the order has been shipped, we invite you to check your spam box.

Returns and exchanges

You may exchange or return regular-priced items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original packaging and in unworn condition.

Shipping costs for exchanges or returns are at the customer's expense.

Returns: Please note that we do not offer refunds on items purchased online, but we can offer you a store credit for future purchases. Feel free to consult our size guide on the website to choose the right size.

Items purchased on sale or in a "pop-up" event are final sales and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

If you consider that you have received a defective or damaged product or if you receive the wrong item in your order, please send us an email to info@horsnorme-jewelry.com with the following information:

- A clear photo of the product if defective or damaged
- Your order number
- Description of the problem


If one or more items are missing from your order, you have 14 days following receipt of the package to notify us.
