Delivery

In Canada

Enjoy free delivery (Expedited Parcel) with all orders of $100 or more, before taxes.

Allow up to 3 business days following your purchase for your order to be processed and shipped. You will receive a confirmation email.

For purchases of $89 and less, we offer delivery without tracking, by Canada Post, for a fee of $2.95. This option does not allow us to track the package after it has been sent and to respect the weight limits of the shipment, we will reduce the packaging of the items. If you want to track your package, please opt for a mailing service with tracking.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or unclaimed items at the Canada Post office. However, we can help you with the process with Canada Post, all you have to do is contact our customer service at the following email address:

It is important to carefully check your delivery address to ensure that it is true and complete. Any errors in information may cause delays and additional costs.

If you have not received a confirmation email that the order has been shipped, we invite you to check your spam box.

Please note that we do not deliver outside of Canada at this time.

Returns and exchanges

You can exchange your products at regular prices 30 days after receipt of them, in their original packaging, as long as the jewelry has not been worn.

Shipping costs related to an exchange are at the customer's expense.

To make an exchange request, please send us an email including your order number to info@horsnorme-jewelry.com

Please note that we do not offer refunds on items purchased online or at a pop-up event. You can refer to the size chart available on our website.

Items purchased on sale or in a "pop-up" event are final sales and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

If you consider that you have received a defective or damaged product or if you receive the wrong item in your order, please send us an email to info@horsnorme-jewelry.com with the following information:

- A clear photo of the product if defective or damaged
- Your order number
- Description of the problem


If one or more items are missing from your order, you have 14 days following receipt of the package to notify us.
